- Customized products (such as frames, mugs, keychains, acrylic and MDF gifts) may require additional time depending on design complexity.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days across India.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹70 – ₹120 (based on location and weight)
- Express Shipping: ₹150 – ₹250 (faster delivery where available)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹2499.
Note: Exact shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment using the provided link.
